📦 Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During periods of high volume (such as new product drops or promotions), processing may take slightly longer.


🌍 Domestic & International Shipping

We proudly ship both within the United States and internationally.
Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


🚚 Delivery Timeframes

Delivery estimates provided at checkout are just that — estimates. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates, as shipping times can be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, and other factors beyond our control.


📫 Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
If you haven’t received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us at orders@kylewyman.com.


❗ Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven’t received your package, please:

  • Double-check the shipping address you provided

  • Look around your delivery area

  • Check with neighbors or building management

  • Contact the carrier directly

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.


🛂 International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country. We do not control or cover these fees.
